For the perfect rice it's as easy as(1) Take 60g rice (per person), rinse in running water.(2) Place in a large pan of boiling water.(3) Stir and bring to the boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until rice is tender.(4) Drain water, cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes.(5) Lightly fork through the grains and serve.Cooking appliances vary and these instructions are given as a guide.
