Ingredients: 

Tomatoes, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers (20%), Tomato Puree, Scotch Bonnet, Ginger, Garlic, Celery, Black Pepper, Water, Soya Oil, Spices (Thyme, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf), Acidity Regulator - Lemon Juice

Store in a cool, dry place.

Jollof Rice
Serves 3-4 people
What You Need: 500g of easy cook basmati or long grain rice, some butter or vegetable oil, salt to taste, chives.

What You Do: Bring 2-3 cups of water to the boil. Add washed rice. Now add contents of jar, stir well and allow to cook until rice is soft. Add 1-2 spoons of cooking oil or some butter. Stir well and add salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve hot with grilled chicken and steamed or stir-fried mixed vegetables.
