PREPARATION

Mix ½ cup of fufu to 3/4 cup of water in a saucepan

Gradually add water till you achieve desired thickness

Place it over medium heat and knead thoroughly for 4 to 5 mins to get the right texture

Mold into a ball and place in a bowl.

Allow to cool.

Serve with your choice of soup.
