Mackerel Titus

Mackerels are very slender with an elongated round body (500g). They are usually deep blue and black on the back with dark vertical stripes and silver micro scales. Due to the Mackerel’s constant movement, its flesh is more muscular and darker in colour. Wild line-caught North of Scotland, our Mackerel comes in a 3kilo bag, usually 3 fish per bag. Their meaty texture and rich taste make them perfect for grilling or frying.
