Blend of exotic herbs and spices use in the preparation and cooking of mainly poultry dishes. Use in poultry dishes before or add to taste during cooking. Tasty in vegetable and stew dishes - great in marinades, grava-licious in gravies and any type of savoury dishes.
Wash chicken portions and dip into either whisked egg or milk (optional). Put some of the coating into a bowl or polythene bag. Place chicken portions into the coating ensuring the chicken portions are completely coated. Place coated chicken into a frying basket and deep fry for 12-15 minutes or until cooked or oven bake at 190°C/ Gas Mark 5 turning over until cooked. Served with rice, vegetables, pasta, salads, chips and potatoes.
