Farina Dumplings Serves 4
Ingredients: 30g butter; 2 eggs; 4 tbsp Tropical Sun Farina; ¼ tsp salt.
Preparation: In a bowl cream butter. Add eggs and mix. Add Farina and salt and mix. Allow batter to sit for at least 30 minutes.
With a teaspoon make small dumplings rise to the top, cook for about five more minutes and then serve.
