Diplicious (Serves 4)
Ingredients: 1 xtub 200g cream cheese, Tropical Sun Guava Jam, handful or picante peppers finely chopped 4 spring onions - finely chopped handful of fresh coriander - finely chopped, 1 x packet of water crackers.
Preparation: Poke holes in the bottom of the tub of the cheese and then carefully encourage the cream cheese to slide out a serving dish whilst keeping it's shape. Spread a layer of tropical Sun Guava Jam on top of the cheese and then cover with peppers, spring onion and coriander. Spread onto the water crackers, eat and enjoy!
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 months.
